Digital Marketing Assistant

Role Overview

Handy Toyota is looking for a driven digital marketing professional to support its online marketing efforts in St. Albans City, Vermont. This position is for someone with solid internet marketing experience who can help increase site traffic, improve conversion performance, and boost awareness and sales of the company’s products and services. The role is an individual contributor position.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and carry out online marketing campaigns and strategies that attract visitors to the website and improve conversion rates.
• Review website analytics and usage patterns, then use those insights to guide marketing decisions and improvements.
• Build and manage content marketing initiatives designed to expand reach and engagement.
• Track new developments in digital marketing and identify ways to apply relevant trends to the business.
• Maintain and grow relationships with industry influencers.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support the rollout of marketing programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a closely related subject, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Demonstrated background in online marketing.
• Strong ability to generate website traffic and improve conversion performance.
• Working knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to independently lead projects from planning through execution.
• Good multitasking and time-management skills.
