About the Company
Technoera Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is a growing engineering and staffing organization headquartered in Pune. It focuses on providing skilled engineering support to global OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. Its work spans CAD design, CAE, BIW, as well as interior and exterior trim engineering.
Role Overview
This position is for a chassis design engineer who will contribute to the design and development of vehicle suspension, steering, and brake systems. The role involves detailed CAD modelling, drafting, packaging analysis, cross-functional coordination, and preparation of engineering documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of suspension, steering, and braking systems.
- Carry out packaging assessments and wheel-end related studies.
- Build 3D models, assemblies, and installation drawings.
- Develop and revise models and drawings using CATIA and UG NX.
- Apply GD&T principles and complete tolerance analysis for parts and assemblies.
- Work with CAE, testing, and supplier teams to support project execution.
- Contribute to DFM, DFA, DFS, and validation-related activities.
- Prepare BOMs and maintain engineering records and documentation.
Candidate Profile
The employer is looking for an engineer with a mechanical engineering background and hands-on exposure to chassis-related design work. Candidates should be comfortable working with modelling tools and collaborating with multiple technical teams.
Education Requirement
A B.Tech or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering is required.

Location: Pune, India.
Compensation is listed as INR 5,00,000 to INR 13,00,000 per year.
