Data Analyst (Entry / Junior)

Overview

We are seeking an entry-level Data Analyst who is comfortable working with data, spotting patterns, and translating numbers into practical business insights. This role is suited to someone who enjoys structured problem-solving and wants to contribute to performance improvement and better decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Gather information from different sources, then clean, structure, and prepare it for analysis.
• Review datasets to uncover trends, relationships, and useful findings.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visual charts that help teams make informed decisions.
• Track key performance indicators and broader business metrics.
• Check data quality, validate outputs, and maintain reporting accuracy.
• Work with stakeholders to understand what information they need and how it should be presented.
• Summarize insights and recommendations in a clear, practical format.
• Assist with analytics-driven projects and ongoing improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Foundational knowledge of data analysis, statistics, and reporting methods.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel; SQL familiarity is preferred.
• Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools will be an advantage.
• Exposure to Python, R, or comparable analytical tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical reasoning.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort working with large datasets while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• A degree, diploma, or relevant training in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Economics, IT, or a closely related field is preferred.
