This remote position is for a customer-oriented representative who will be the first contact for customers and help deliver a smooth support experience. What you'll do
- Reply to customer queries quickly and in a professional manner across phone, email, and live chat.

- Provide calm, empathetic, and solution-driven assistance that supports customer satisfaction.
- Look into customer concerns and work toward efficient resolution.
- Refer complicated cases to the right internal team when needed.
- Record customer conversations, requests, and outcomes accurately.
- Check back with customers to confirm issues have been resolved fully.
- Build strong customer relationships through polite, professional communication.
- Help strengthen retention by delivering consistent service quality.
- Collect customer feedback and pass on useful insights for ongoing improvements.
- Work with teammates to maintain a positive, customer-first environment.
- Use CRM platforms and support tools to manage interactions effectively.

Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar role.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Good ability to resolve problems and handle conflict.
- Comfort with juggling multiple tasks and priorities.
- Well-developed organizational habits and careful attention to detail.
- Self-driven, dependable, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
- Working knowledge of basic computer tools, including Microsoft Office or similar software.
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Prior exposure to CRM systems and customer support software is preferred.
- Any extra training, certifications, or related education in customer service is a plus.
