Role overview

Ryanair is hiring a Crew Planner to join Europe’s largest airline group. This is a strong opportunity to become part of an operation that is aiming to expand to more than 800 aircraft and 300 million guests over the next decade.

The role is based in Swords, Dublin and sits within a large planning team responsible for building efficient rosters for more than 15,000 crew members across Ryanair’s European base network.

What you will do

  • Build and optimise cabin crew rosters so that coverage remains efficient and flights are properly staffed.
  • Create roster patterns that are fair, balanced and aligned with operational needs.
  • Make sure all crew scheduling follows flight time limitations and internal company rules.
  • Handle base transfers, rank updates and contract changes in the crew management systems.
  • Take ownership of roster planning for multiple bases.
  • Plan annual leave and unpaid leave efficiently while considering seasonal capacity.
  • Support planning for certain cabin crew training requirements so crew stay qualified for duty.
  • Work closely with other crew planners and cross-functional teams across the business.
  • Use reporting tools to produce daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports.

What we are looking for
