Wendy’s is hiring a Crew Member for the dinner shift in Hilliard, Ohio. From your first day, you’ll be treated as part of the team and given the support needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

Your main goal is to help deliver great food, friendly service, and a clean, well-run restaurant.

• Bring a helpful, positive attitude and support both teammates and guests.
• Stay open to learning and contribute positively to the work environment.
• Take ownership and correct issues when something is not meeting standards.
• Remain on your feet and keep moving for most or all of the shift.
• Use common restaurant tools and equipment such as a headset, register, and grill.
• Follow brand procedures and quality standards when preparing food, serving customers, and keeping the restaurant clean and organized.

Additional Information

The posted pay rate for this position is $11.00 to $14.00 per hour.
