About DayOne
DayOne is an international data center company focused on building and running high-performance infrastructure. The business is growing quickly and already operates across Asia and Europe, with further expansion underway in overseas markets.
This position offers the chance to contribute to a fast-moving organization working at the forefront of technology and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport staff, guests, and clients to assigned destinations.
- Make sure pickups and drop-offs happen on time and according to the planned schedule.
- Provide driving support for senior management when needed, including early starts, late finishes, and urgent trips.
- Carry documents, parcels, and other items as required.
- Keep the company vehicle clean and in good condition.
- Carry out regular checks on the vehicle and report faults or concerns without delay.
- Track and manage road tax, insurance, and service due dates.
- Observe traffic regulations, safety rules, and internal company procedures at all times.
- Support office errands and other ad hoc logistical tasks when assigned.
- Maintain proper records of journeys, mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance activity.
- Handle all work with discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Requirements
- A valid driving license with a clean record; the required class should be specified if applicable.
- Prior experience working as a personal or company driver.
- Strong familiarity with Singapore roads and cross-border routes such as Singapore to Johor Bahru.
- Good knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices.
- Willingness to remain in Singapore when management travel arrangements require it.
- Physical ability to manage light lifting when necessary.
- Reliable communication skills, strong punctuality, and a dependable work ethic.
- A courteous, professional, and service-focused attitude.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and overtime when needed.
