Why This Role Matters

In this position, you will report to the Area Manager and act as the central point of energy for the location. You will be the person members and guests meet first, help keep everyday work flowing, and notice issues early so they can be handled quickly. You will work closely with the Community Managers, contribute to daily operations, and support events and activities that help the space feel like a true community.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the main contact for members and visitors, greeting them warmly and assisting them as needed.
  • Oversee the front desk throughout operating hours and keep day-to-day reception activity orderly.
  • Coordinate maintenance-related matters, manage incoming and outgoing mail and shipments, and keep supplies and equipment organized.
  • Assist the Community Managers with community initiatives and help turn them into engaging on-site experiences.
  • Identify member concerns early and address them before they grow into larger problems.
  • Support the overall cleanliness, maintenance, and smooth functioning of the space.
