Role Overview
This position sits within a business that is expanding rapidly and aims to scale into a multi-business, multi-product, and multi-country operation with more than 2,000 restaurants. The role focuses on cluster and area-level operational leadership, with responsibility for production planning, warehousing, procurement, inventory control, logistics, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan production and warehouse activities, while coordinating procurement to support smooth operations.
- Introduce process improvements that raise efficiency across the operating network.
- Strengthen quality standards while driving the highest possible cost savings.
- Manage store operations by maintaining ideal inventory levels without disrupting production or distribution.
- Prevent stock-outs and track operational feedback, yield reports, and audit outcomes.
- Maintain commissary performance through inventory holding control, supply chain coordination, and store replenishment.
- Monitor stock availability and arrange timely deliveries to ensure merchandise reaches stores as scheduled.
- Oversee logistics and work with internal and external partners to deliver efficient and economical transport solutions.
- Control budgets in line with approved spending and operational targets.
- Ensure quality standards are followed throughout operations and that internal and external customer expectations are met.
- Address equipment issues by identifying breakdowns and applying troubleshooting methods.
- Coordinate regional logistics requirements and support other regional commissaries as needed.
- Optimize manpower and machinery usage to improve output and productivity.
- Promote good manufacturing practices and strict compliance with Domino’s Pizza International quality standards.
- Track KRA progress and ensure performance targets are achieved.
- Support internal and external audit compliance and respond to feedback from business partners and operations teams.
Requirements

- Strong experience or capability in cluster operations, area management, and team coordination.
- Knowledge of store operations, warehouse planning, procurement, and supply chain processes.
- Ability to manage audits, inventory control, cost optimization, and budget discipline.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-location operational environment.
- Capability to troubleshoot operational and equipment issues and maintain process discipline.
