Role overview

As a Clean Team Lead, you will help keep the store welcoming, sanitary, and safe from the parking lot through the restrooms and receiving area. The role is focused on creating a strong first and last impression for customers by maintaining high cleanliness standards across the location.

Pay and additional compensation

The hourly wage for this position is $20 to $33 per hour. The pay will meet or exceed the minimum wage required for the job location. In addition to base pay, annual or quarterly performance incentives may be available. Premium pay of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may also apply in certain situations, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks performed. More than one premium may be paid when multiple qualifying conditions are met.
