About the Role
This position is for an ambitious early-career sales professional with an entrepreneurial mindset to join the EMEA Business Development team. As one of the early hires, you will help shape the outbound sales approach, influence the future product direction, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
The role focuses on outbound prospecting, qualification of new mid-market customers across the EMEA region, and support for pipeline creation. You will work closely with account executives, marketing, and other internal teams while helping define sales playbooks and growth processes. The company also emphasizes internal progression and provides clear pathways for sales careers.
Key Outcomes
- Build a strong working knowledge of the product and the competitive landscape.
- Plan and run outbound campaigns using personalized, multichannel communication tailored to the market.
- Partner with marketing on regional campaign efforts.
- Use established sales approaches to reach and engage new accounts.
- Keep CRM records detailed, current, and accurate.
- Contribute to the creation of sales playbooks and the outbound motion.
- Own pipeline-generation tactics and the strategic approach behind them.
- Develop product knowledge with the goal of progressing toward an account executive role, including the ability to deliver persona-specific demos.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should be fluent in English, comfortable in a fast-moving startup setting, and able to work effectively across functions. A competitive mindset paired with a collaborative attitude is important, along with strong communication skills and the ability to shape customer-facing stories that feel relevant and tailored.
Prior experience in account executive, sales development, or business development roles is preferred, and candidates should have a history of meeting or surpassing targets. The ideal person is positive, adaptable, eager to learn from setbacks, and comfortable working through ambiguity.
Compensation and Additional Information
The company states that it offers competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. Final pay will depend on factors such as location, role scope and complexity, as well as the candidate’s experience and expertise. The estimated on-target earnings for this position are €70,000 per year, including base pay and incentive compensation.
