About the Role

A premium residential and commercial fit-out firm is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to help expand its client base and win new projects. The ideal candidate will already have a solid network across the UAE construction, fit-out, or interior design landscape and will be comfortable pursuing and closing substantial business opportunities.

This position focuses on generating revenue, managing client relationships, and handling the full sales journey from first contact to signed agreement. The selected professional will report to the Commercial Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and assess new business leads across the company’s target markets.
  • Own the sales process from initial outreach through to final contract closure.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and real estate brokers.
  • Spot growth opportunities in the market and help drive commercial expansion.
  • Draft and deliver proposals, quotations, and commercial submissions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms in line with approved company policies.
  • Keep CRM data accurate and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with design and project teams to ensure clients receive a smooth end-to-end experience.
  • Attend networking functions and trade exhibitions on behalf of the company when needed.
  • Prepare regular updates on sales progress and pipeline status.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales in fit-out, interiors, or construction.
  • A well-established network in Dubai and the wider UAE across real estate, architecture, design, and construction.
  • Demonstrated success in generating leads and winning high-value projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Comfortable handling CRM systems and maintaining disciplined reporting.
  • Highly self-driven, target-focused, and capable of working independently.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a similar discipline is preferred.
