Sketch Brahma Technologies is hiring a full-time Business Development Associate in Coimbatore for a target-oriented B2B sales role. The position focuses on building prospect databases, identifying qualified leads, and supporting the senior sales team with a steady flow of opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Research and compile prospect email databases for a chosen geographic region using online sources.
- Reach out to new prospects by email to create business opportunities.
- Screen leads and forward suitable prospects to the business team for proposals and deal closure.
- Meet and surpass KPIs linked to the volume of emails sent and leads handed over to the team.
- Maintain an active funnel of prospects to support senior sales efforts.
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Strong command of spoken and written English communication.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to build and maintain large prospect databases consistently over time.
- Understanding of email marketing and digital lead-generation methods.
- Experience or familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation through Sales Navigator and related tools.
- Capability to perform effectively in B2B sales environments.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, negotiation, and time-management skills.
- Self-driven attitude with the ability to collaborate well in a startup setting.
- Comfortable working in a performance-based sales environment with clear targets.
