Role overview
This role is for a business analyst who can work independently, build subject matter expertise, and contribute confidently in discussions. You will help shape practical solutions to business problems using a strong grounding in business process design.
What you will do
- Create and roll out business solutions by applying knowledge of the industry, function, and business context.
- Map out functional and application-level processes that support both current needs and future growth.
- Work with different stakeholders to make sure proposed solutions keep pace with changing organizational requirements.
- Review existing workflows to spot ways to improve efficiency and overall performance.
- Prepare clear documentation and communicate process designs in a way that supports smooth implementation.
What you need
- Strong command of business process design.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
