Business Analysis Manager

Role Overview

SAB is hiring a Business Analysis Manager to join the Chief Operating Office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on understanding business needs, shaping process improvements, and preparing documentation that supports change delivery across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Study business needs and existing processes to clearly define what the business is trying to achieve.
• Facilitate discussions and meetings to validate the current workflow and confirm the scope of the requested change.
• Coordinate workshops with relevant business and technology stakeholders to gather the information needed for the change initiative.
• Recommend enhancements to current processes and design improved future-state workflows, including wireframes where relevant.
• Partner with business, IT, and enterprise architecture teams to develop a future-state solution that adds value to the organization.
• Prepare DOU, BRD, and user story documents, and route them first to IT project managers or technical leads for review and approval before sharing them with the business.
• Revise documentation after receiving feedback and sign-off from both technical and business stakeholders, including BRD, DOU, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support PMs during SIT and SAT phases, and assist business users during UAT when required.
• Carry out impact or change assessments as needed and document the findings.
• Provide support to teammates on other projects when requested by the line manager.
• Maintain the personal task list on a daily basis.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a computer or IT-related discipline is required.
• Approximately 7 years of overall experience is expected, with about 5 years in a relevant business analysis role preferred.
