Role Overview

As a Bellman, you will be one of the first points of contact for arriving guests. The position calls for a warm, service-oriented approach, careful handling of guest belongings, and a polished presence that helps guests feel welcome from the moment they step into the property.

Key Duties

• Deliver guest luggage, messages, and other items within the hotel in a prompt and reliable manner.
• Guide guests through their room orientation in a friendly, professional, and personalized way.
• Remain visible in the lobby as a brand representative and provide attentive, high-quality service.
