Overview
We are looking for a motivated, detail-focused entry-level Administrative Assistant to support a busy and growing organization in keeping day-to-day operations organized and productive. This role is suited to someone who enjoys structured office work, is eager to learn, and wants to develop a long-term career in administration.
You will provide clerical and administrative support to managers and team members, help maintain accurate records, coordinate communication, and assist with general office functions so that work across departments runs smoothly and efficiently.
What you will do
- Support managers, departments, and colleagues with a range of administrative tasks.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a polished and professional way.
- Keep paper and digital files, records, and documents well organized and up to date.
- Assist with data entry, report preparation, document creation, and spreadsheet maintenance.
- Arrange meetings and appointments and help manage team calendars.
- Prepare and circulate internal notices, office documents, and other communications.
- Help monitor office supplies, carry out filing, and complete routine administrative work.
- Contribute to special assignments and other tasks as requested by management.
