Role overview
Xpert Automatix is hiring an Admin & Telecaller Executive for a full-time onsite role in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The position is suited to someone who is organized, communicative, and comfortable balancing customer outreach, sales support, office administration, and basic digital tasks.
The ideal candidate will help manage lead follow-ups, support sales conversions, handle online communication, maintain records, and assist with day-to-day operational and administrative work. A practical understanding of basic accounting, social platforms, and e-commerce marketplaces will be useful in this role.
Telecalling and lead management
- Reach out to assigned prospects by phone and maintain regular follow-up until closure or next action.
- Identify new business opportunities through calls and other outreach channels.
- Present products clearly to help move prospects toward a sale.
- Keep lead information accurate, updated, and well organized.
Social media and digital support
- Update and manage the company’s social media pages.
- Respond to simple customer queries through online channels.
- Contribute to building a stronger online presence for the business.
E-commerce coordination
- Upload and maintain product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and similar platforms.
- Track orders, customer questions, and response status.
- Support coordination so order processing runs smoothly.
Accounts and administration
- Track routine income and expense entries for basic company accounts.
- File and maintain office records and documents in an orderly manner.
- Help with regular administrative duties as needed.
Operations support
- Assist with sales-related activities and general operational tasks.
- Work with internal teams to keep day-to-day work moving efficiently.
- Stay informed about the company’s products to support discussions and coordination.
Experience and fit
This role calls for 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. The company is looking for someone who takes initiative, works responsibly, and is open to learning new tasks across administration, telecalling, and digital operations.
Additional information
Applicants should be able to communicate well in English and the local language. Basic MS Office knowledge, especially Excel and Word, is expected. Familiarity with social media tools and a basic grasp of accounting will be considered helpful. The team also values good multitasking ability.
Preferred background
Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred, along with exposure to e-commerce platform handling and strong follow-up and organization skills.
