Property Manager [Sales] Intern

About the internship

Gharpayy is hiring a Property Manager intern with a sales focus to work from its Bangalore office. This role is designed for someone interested in real estate, client interaction, and property sales, offering hands-on exposure to property management while building practical selling skills.

What you'll do

• Help market and promote available properties to prospective buyers
• Arrange and conduct property visits and guided tours for interested clients
• Support the negotiation process and help close sales agreements
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Maintain property listings across different platforms and keep the information accurate and current
• Assist with property inspections and evaluation activities
• Track market movements and competitor actions to share useful insights

Who can apply

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can work full-time in office, begin the internship between 2 July 2026 and 6 August 2026, commit for 3 months, and bring relevant skills and interest to the role.

Stipend

The stipend offered is INR 20,000 to 25,000 per month.
