About the internship
This internship is intended for 2026 B.Tech/BE pass-outs only; applications from other candidates will be rejected.
You will work on power electronics development in a small bootstrapped company that focuses mainly on third-party designs. The work spans DC-DC converters, power supplies, chargers, relay boards, motor controllers, PDU-related systems, and limited microcontroller/IoT integration.
What you will work on
- Designing power electronic devices and related circuits
- Building prototypes, validating them, and fixing issues found during testing
- Running burn-in tests, monitoring thermal behavior, and tuning designs for stability
- Working on end-to-end development tasks for products such as motor controllers, chargers, power supplies, DC-DC converters, and PDUs
- Handling supporting tasks such as simulation, wiring, soldering, and basic microcontroller/IoT work
Working model and schedule
- This is strictly an in-office internship; remote and part-time arrangements are not available
- You must relocate to Bangalore at your own cost if you are not already based there
- The working hours are 9:00 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday
- The role expects you to take ownership of the assigned project and drive it independently
- You will receive technical guidance and initial training, but the company does not expect daily hand-holding
Training and conversion
The goal of this internship is to prepare freshers to a suitable working level and potentially absorb them as full-time employees. The stipend may be reviewed every quarter based on performance.
Additional information
- Upon successful conversion to a permanent role, expected annual compensation is ₹2,80,000 to ₹3,20,000
