About the internship
This internship is for an admissions counselor who will help drive enrollments by engaging with interested prospects, understanding their career aspirations, and guiding them through the full admission journey.
What you will do
- Reach out to prospective candidates using the supplied digital leads and maintain timely follow-ups.
- Turn interested leads into completed applications by keeping the conversation active and moving them forward.
- Respond to candidate questions and explain program information accurately.
- Log calls, follow-ups, and conversion updates in the CRM system.
- Plan recurring follow-ups to keep prospects engaged throughout the process.
- Work toward assigned targets and conversion objectives.

On successful conversion to a permanent role, the expected annual salary is ₹3,00,000 to ₹4,50,000.
