Role overview
This part-time position combines warehouse support with customer-facing service duties. The successful person will help with the day-to-day movement of gas cylinders and related equipment, while also assisting internal and external customers.
Working hours
The standard schedule is Monday to Friday from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Additional hours may be offered from time to time.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage the safe handling, movement, dispatch, and receipt of gas cylinders and associated equipment.
- Pick, pack, and get customer orders ready for collection or delivery.
- Keep stock records accurate and maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace.
- Support customers with questions, phone orders, and counter sales.
Skills and experience
- You bring a professional, helpful approach to customer service.
- You are physically capable of regular lifting and manual handling.
- An OSH forklift licence is preferred, though not mandatory.
- You have basic to intermediate computer skills for order entry and stock management.
- You follow safety procedures closely and use correct manual-handling practices.
