Videographer & Creative Content Creator

Role overview

NODE Robotics is looking for a creative video and content professional to help shape how its robotics products are seen and understood. In this role, you will sit within the Sales & Marketing team and work closely with colleagues from Product, Engineering, UI, and leadership. Your work will span film, editing, social media, still imagery, presentation design, and visual assets that showcase robotics in an engaging way.

What you'll do

• Plan, film, and edit brand stories, product showcases, event recaps, and short-form content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Handle the complete post-production workflow, including cutting, color work, audio design, and motion graphics.
• Create premium-quality still images for the website, campaigns, and press use.
• Develop pitch decks, presentations, and other digital creative assets.
• Create and refine 3D content, including AI-assisted workflows, for still visuals and cinematic outputs.
• Run the company’s social channels from content planning through publishing.
• Keep media delivery consistent and on schedule across all relevant channels.
• Improve content production systems and workflow efficiency over time.
• Set up and operate a professional video podcast studio with multi-camera, broadcast-level standards.
• Maintain high visual and technical quality across all formats and platforms.

What we're looking for

• Several years of hands-on experience in video production, motion design, or an agency environment.
• Strong command of Adobe tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Proven ability in graphic design and presentation design, including decks, infographics, and digital assets.
• A sharp visual sense for framing, composition, color, and editing rhythm.
• A portfolio that demonstrates cinematic work and social-media-ready formats.
• German at business-fluent level is required, along with solid English skills.
• Bonus experience with AI-based creative tools, 3D software like Blender, VR/AR/XR content, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro, podcast studio setups, and willingness to travel.
