Role Summary
This position is for a UI/UX Designer who can shape polished, user-friendly digital experiences from concept through delivery. The role brings together interaction design, visual design, and design-system thinking to produce scalable interfaces across product, web, and other digital channels.
You will handle the complete design process, including UX mapping, wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity UI work, and system development, while working closely with creative, product, and engineering teams.

Primary Responsibilities
- Create refined interface designs that strike the right balance between brand impact and ease of use.
- Lead UX work from start to finish, including wireframes, customer journeys, prototypes, and usability testing.
- Develop and evolve scalable design systems using Figma and atomic design principles.
- Prepare clear, developer-ready specifications, components, and documentation for handoff.
- Work alongside engineers to make sure ideas are technically practical and implemented to a high standard.
Visual and Graphic Design Duties
- Adapt brand identity across both digital and physical touchpoints.
- Design web pages, campaign creatives, social assets, and marketing collateral.
- Produce supporting visual assets such as logos, icons, and vector artwork.
- Adjust creative output to suit platform requirements and performance needs.
Collaboration and Communication
- Partner with the Creative Director and design team to translate brand direction into product experiences.
- Coordinate with project managers on schedules, sprints, and deliverables.
- Support account managers by explaining UX decisions and helping align client expectations.
- Present concepts and prototypes directly to clients and internal stakeholders.
Tools and Working Style
- Advanced Figma skills are required.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is expected.
- Experience with After Effects and AI-powered tools is considered an advantage.
- Keep files tidy, structured, and easy for the team to reuse.
- Provide handoffs that are organized and simple for developers to follow.
