About the internship

This telecalling internship with Reducate.ai offers hands-on experience in customer outreach and lead management for a technology-driven company working across education, AI, manufacturing, and fashion. The role is focused on connecting with prospects by phone, handling queries, and sharing details about the company’s offerings to support sales and outreach efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to prospective clients and maintain follow-ups on leads.
• Record customer conversations and transaction details accurately in MS Excel.
• Handle questions and concerns in both English and Hindi with clear communication.
• Explain product features and pricing information to interested customers.
• Work alongside the sales team to help achieve team goals and targets.
• Support appointment booking and coordination of meetings.
• Keep learning about the products and services so customer support stays current and effective.

Who can apply

Applicants must be available for a part-time internship, able to begin between 4th Jul'26 and 8th Aug'26, commit for 6 months, and bring relevant skills and interest in the role.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 15,000.
