Role Overview

This position focuses on delivering technical assistance for the company’s SSPR solution and related identity/access setup tasks. The work involves troubleshooting issues, understanding the product’s workflow and design expectations, and keeping support knowledge well documented.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve technical problems related to AD integration and MFA.
Support users and internal stakeholders with the SSPR solution.
Stay aligned with the workflow and design standards followed by AdminGloves SSPR software.
Record fixes, observations, and resolutions in the technical knowledge base.
