Technical Support Engineer

Role overview

Shuruq Saudi is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to assist customers and internal teams with IT and security solutions. The role involves resolving technical issues, supporting system deployment, and helping users understand the products through demos and training.

Key responsibilities

• Offer hands-on technical assistance to customers and internal stakeholders for IT and security solutions.
• Identify and resolve hardware and software problems affecting products delivered by Shuruq Saudi.
• Set up, configure, and support IT and security systems throughout their lifecycle.
• Deliver product walkthroughs and training sessions for customers.
• Work closely with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to support successful solution rollouts.
• Record issues, fixes, and technical findings in a clear and organized manner.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
• Prior experience in technical support or IT helpdesk environments.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security systems.
• Strong communication abilities along with solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
