Stock Assistant - Drogheda

Role overview

As a Stock Assistant in Aldi Ireland’s Drogheda store, you’ll help keep the shop floor running smoothly, support customers, and make sure shelves are well stocked and products are presented to a high standard. The role sits at the centre of a busy, supportive retail environment where each day can bring different priorities.

You’ll be part of a fast-moving team focused on delivering an excellent shopping experience, from handling incoming deliveries to keeping the store looking tidy, accessible, and welcoming.

Key responsibilities

• Offer customers helpful, friendly, and efficient service throughout the store.
• Replenish shelves promptly and make sure products are displayed neatly and attractively.
• Review deliveries and product condition, and remove items that do not meet Aldi’s quality standards.

Skills and experience

• A positive, approachable manner with a willingness to assist both shoppers and colleagues.
• Confidence working quickly to restock products and maintain strong shelf availability.
• A dependable, adaptable attitude suited to a busy retail setting.
• Previous retail experience is beneficial, but it is not required; the right mindset is the priority.

Important information

Shifts may begin as early as 6:00am and end as late as 10:00pm, depending on the store. Applicants should have dependable transport arrangements that allow them to travel to the store for these working times.
