Key duties

• Visit customer sites across Ireland to carry out planned maintenance on cooling systems.
• Diagnose faults, investigate issues, and complete repairs on equipment.
• Deliver on-site technical guidance and user training to customers.
• Complete service paperwork and submit reports and supporting documentation.
• Be available for travel assignments lasting anywhere from two days up to two weeks.
