About the Role

The organisation places strong emphasis on continuity and dependable scheduling for both clients and Care Professionals. This position is for an experienced Care Coordinator who can plan, organise, and keep schedules running smoothly in line with the Home Instead approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and sustain efficient, reliable rotas for clients and Care Professionals.
- Balance travel time, availability, and client requirements when building schedules.
- Respond quickly to changes and make live adjustments where needed.
- Pair Care Professionals with clients and coordinate introductions with the care team.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and Care Professionals to support a positive experience.
- Follow franchise standards, including ensuring Care Professionals are introduced to clients before their first visit.
- Liaise with the recruitment team so staffing levels match demand.
- Take part in the on-call rota when required.

Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant will have prior experience in a Care Coordinator, Scheduler, Rota Coordinator, Workforce Planner, or comparable position within domiciliary care.
