Salesforce Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst focused on Salesforce to help configure, maintain, and steadily improve the Salesforce environment and connected go-to-market systems. This position is based in Pune and suits someone with solid Salesforce expertise who wants to work in a collaborative, high-impact setting.

What you will do

• Take ownership of day-to-day Salesforce administration, including users, roles, profiles, forecasts, territory setup, and permission sets.
• Work hands-on with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and connected ERP platforms such as NetSuite to support global GTM operations.
• Design and maintain automations using low-code tools like Flows, Lightning App Builder, and approval processes.
• Configure and support GTM applications including Marketo, Outreach, LeanData, Gong, and related tools.
• Contribute to the setup and deployment of AI-assisted development and Salesforce Agentforce capabilities.
• Handle data migration, cleansing, and manipulation using Data Loader and similar tools while protecting data quality through validation rules and duplicate management.
• Use Git and DevOps practices for environment handling and moving changes from sandbox to production.
• Support security, governance, and system integrity, including awareness of Salesforce Shield.
• Triage end-user issues, resolve support tickets, and assist with sprint planning, retrospectives, UAT, documentation, and training during releases.
• Document business workflows and technical setup in Confluence and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce and SaaS ecosystem.
• Comfortable using configuration and customization tools without heavy coding.
• Experience with GTM and commercial systems such as NetSuite, Marketo, Outreach, LeanData, and Gong.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a global, cross-functional team.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator is required; Advanced Administrator and AI-related certifications are a plus.
• Working knowledge of Apex is beneficial.
