Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position in Riyadh is for a Sales Coordinator who will help keep day-to-day sales activities running smoothly. The role focuses on supporting sales representatives, coordinating with internal departments and customers, and ensuring the sales workflow stays organized and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee routine sales activities and help maintain an efficient sales process.
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to keep communication and coordination on track.
- Assist sales representatives with operational support and follow-up tasks.
- Respond to customer questions and handle inquiries in a timely manner.
- Prepare sales-related reports and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Manage several priorities at once while working accurately in a busy environment.
Qualifications
- Hands-on knowledge of sales coordination and sales operations.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Background in sales processes and support for sales teams.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining precision and efficiency.
- Strong organizational skills and a practical approach to solving problems.
- Comfort using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
