About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Associate (بائعة) to join the team in Riyadh. This on-site, full-time role focuses on creating a welcoming shopping experience, understanding customer needs, and guiding shoppers toward products that match their preferences and requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers warmly and offer support throughout their visit.
• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products and styling options.
• Keep the sales floor neat, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Restock merchandise and ensure products are displayed according to store standards.
• Prepare fitting rooms and presentation areas so they are always ready for use.
• Handle sales transactions accurately and follow store cash procedures.
• Manage exchanges and returns in line with company policies.
• Support daily store operations and comply with operational procedures.
• Help execute promotional activities and in-store offers.
• Share customer feedback and preferences with the wider team.
• Work with the showroom/store team to help meet sales goals and improve the overall shopping experience.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Prior experience in sales or retail is preferred, especially in fashion.
• Ability to meet sales targets and recommend products confidently.
• Fluency in Arabic; English is an added advantage.
• Capability to keep the store presentation aligned with visual standards.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
• Interest in fashion and the ability to suggest outfit combinations to customers.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage pressure in a busy retail environment.
• Minimum qualification: high school diploma.
