RTR Manager

About the Role

This position is for an experienced RTR Manager who can oversee record-to-report operations with a strong command over direct and indirect taxation as well as fixed assets accounting. The role calls for ownership of end-to-end delivery, coordination across global stakeholders, and a mindset focused on transformation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of RTR execution for taxation and fixed assets workstreams across multiple geographies.
• Ensure timely and accurate handling of tax compliance, reporting activities, and the complete fixed assets lifecycle.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and applicable regulatory obligations.
• Track operational metrics such as SLA performance, accuracy levels, and productivity targets.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and manage governance reporting.
• Lead and motivate large global teams of 40+ FTEs while driving strong performance outcomes.
• Promote automation, standardization, and process enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications

• CA, CPA, or MBA in Finance.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as M3CS, Tagetik, and ServiceNow.
