Key responsibilities

• Oversee staff, including apprentices, stage hands, design team members, and other workers as needed.
• Allocate sales staff to specific duties and shifts.
• Recruit new employees and provide training, or arrange training for them.
• Create and manage work schedules.
• Sell products as part of daily store operations.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, requests, and inventory shortages.
• Maintain stock levels and keep inventory organized.
• Direct and coordinate the work of team members.
• Manage cash handling and related transactions.
