Key Responsibilities

• Conduct at least 200 outbound cold calls daily to potential customers.
• Generate between one and five qualified freight inquiries each day.
• Arrange client meetings with the Sales Head to advance sales opportunities.
• Identify and qualify new leads through telecalling efforts.
• Keep detailed records of customer communications and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure prospective clients receive prompt quotations.

Eligibility Criteria

Additional Requirements

• Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or lead generation is preferred.
• Background in freight forwarding or logistics is advantageous.
• Strong English and Hindi communication skills; Marathi fluency preferred due to regional client base.
• Self-driven and disciplined with an ability to meet daily targets independently.
• Must have a personal laptop/desktop, reliable internet access, a mobile phone with a dedicated business number, and a professional workspace at home.

Compensation and Perks

The monthly stipend ranges from INR 2000 to 2500. Outstanding performance may lead to a job offer.
