Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Recruiter position based in Jaipur is responsible for attracting, evaluating, and hiring suitable candidates across different roles in the organization. The role involves creating and executing hiring plans, reviewing applications, conducting telephonic and face-to-face interviews, and working closely with hiring managers to support successful placements. The Recruiter is also expected to follow applicable labour and employment regulations throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment, with preference for candidates who have worked in the fashion sector.
• Working knowledge of hiring practices as well as relevant employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication along with good people skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage priorities in a busy, fast-moving environment.
• Sharp attention to detail and solid organizational ability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a closely related discipline.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools will be considered an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
