Role overview
Continuity Global Solutions is hiring a seasoned Quality Control Manager to contribute to a significant government program. This assignment is temporary and is expected to run for as long as two years, with the potential for additional openings under the same announcement later on.
What you will do
- Track work output, quality indicators, and administrative activity by preparing reports and keeping accurate records.
- Coordinate and present operational updates and other work-related information to leadership.
- Design, roll out, and sustain quality assurance and quality control frameworks.
- Oversee transaction handling and customer service performance across the full business cycle.
- Carry out financial reviews, operational assessments, and quality evaluations.
- Plan and execute internal audits to confirm adherence to contract terms and operating standards.
- Act as the main contact for outside inspections, audit activity, and compliance checks.
- Spot opportunities to improve processes and propose corrective measures.
- Work closely with program leaders to support strong operations and ongoing improvement.
- Take on other duties as needed.
Work arrangement
The role is mainly remote, though travel may be required from time to time, including on short notice, to meet operational and contractual needs.
Qualifications and experience
Strong candidates will ideally bring experience in quality assurance, quality control, compliance, auditing, program management, investigations, case management, law enforcement, or similar work. Prior exposure to programs supporting foreign-born communities is valued. Leadership experience as a manager, supervisor, team lead, mentor, auditor, or quality control specialist is also preferred.
Applicants should be comfortable reviewing, assessing, building, and improving operational processes and quality systems. The role calls for strong analytical thinking, organization, and problem-solving ability, along with the professionalism and discretion needed in a fast-moving environment. Experience working with varied and multicultural populations is important. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when mission needs require it is necessary. Knowledge of a foreign language is considered an advantage.
Minimum requirements
- You must be a U.S. citizen.
- You need to complete all required pre-employment screening and federal suitability steps, including background investigation, fingerprinting, and credit review where applicable.
- You must complete the OF-306 Declaration for Federal Employment, or an equivalent required form.
- You must complete employment eligibility verification using Form I-9.
- A valid driver's license is required and must be maintained throughout employment.
- You must be able to obtain and keep any government approvals needed for the duration of the job.
- If applicable, you must be registered with the Selective Service System in line with federal law.
Work environment
The position may be based remotely or at a designated work location to be determined. It is a full-time role and may involve long periods of sitting, standing, walking, and computer work.
