Internship Overview
This internship involves coordinating recruitment processes primarily for Marathi-speaking candidates while working remotely. The selected interns will engage in candidate sourcing, screening, and administrative support, ensuring smooth project execution within an innovative talent acquisition environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage Marathi-speaking candidates using multiple recruitment platforms and strategies.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments, including screening calls and follow-ups to evaluate compatibility and interest.
- Keep comprehensive records detailing candidate interactions, recruitment stages, and communication logs.
- Serve as a liaison between candidates and the recruitment team, updating applicants on their process status promptly.
- Support interview scheduling and manage related documentation accurately.
- Deliver operational support to the project team, facilitating daily activities and workflow management.
- Create and maintain detailed reports, trackers, and databases linked to candidate sourcing and project operations.
- Assist with data verification and process coordination tasks as required by the team.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to enhance communication and process efficiency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts aimed at optimizing project delivery and results.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be able to work from home and be available for the full six-month duration.
