About the Role

The Product Manager will be responsible for a significant part of Agora’s product experience and will drive that area independently from strategy through delivery and iteration. The role involves defining direction, writing specifications, partnering with engineering to launch features, and then studying how customers use the product to decide the next improvements.

Agora serves developers, fintech companies, and institutions that integrate AUSD and the platform into their systems. The PM will work to understand customer goals, identify where the product falls short, and close those gaps. This requires direct customer conversations, deep technical understanding when the issue involves APIs or settlement flows, and close collaboration with business development on strategic accounts where customer feedback and revenue are connected.

In a typical week, the PM may own roadmap planning, conduct research calls with prospects and current customers, analyze usage data to understand drop-offs, define success metrics for new releases, collaborate with BD on important accounts, and write specs that engineering can build from.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of product management experience in stablecoins, payments, or fintech.
• Strong product taste and UX judgment, with the ability to distinguish between a flow that merely functions and one that feels polished and intuitive.
• Ability to work independently and turn an identified issue into a shipped solution, including drafting the specifications engineers use and communicating updates that advance decisions.
• History of launching work with measurable impact, including instrumenting funnels, identifying drop-offs, and improving the relevant metric.
• Strong analytical ability, including self-serve data analysis, metric definition, and prioritization based on evidence.
• Comfort working with technical, API-led products, including evaluating API design, reading specifications, and discussing infrastructure tradeoffs with engineers.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools, such as prototyping tools, evaluation workflows, and internal automations, along with a clear perspective on where they are useful and where they are not.
