Snoonu is hiring a Procurement Coordinator in Lusail, Qatar to strengthen the day-to-day functioning of the procurement team. Core responsibilities

This role centers on operational execution across procurement workflows, vendor administration, and issue resolution.

• Keep procurement files, supplier details, and product catalogues current and well organized.
• Enter purchase orders correctly into the company system.
• Monitor order progress and help maintain seamless communication between suppliers and internal teams.
• Support supplier onboarding, document collection, and system setup.
• Maintain supplier records in line with company policies and relevant regulatory expectations.
• Help assess supplier performance and work through operational concerns as they arise.
• Handle supplier claims involving late or incorrect deliveries and damaged products.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to close claims efficiently.
• Track unresolved claims and follow up until they are completed.

What you should bring

The role calls for strong attention to detail, comfort with data-heavy work, and the ability to keep multiple procurement tasks moving at once.

• At least 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar field.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong accuracy and the ability to handle large volumes of information.
• Solid Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good organizational ability and a practical approach to solving supplier issues.
• Experience with Penny and Odoo is an advantage.
