Part-Time Data Entry Typist

About the Role

CodeVertex Talent is looking for a Part-Time Data Entry Typist to help keep records accurate, documents well maintained, and remote operations organized. The position focuses on making sure internal information stays structured, dependable, and ready for everyday business use.

Responsibilities

• Input, revise, and keep records current in internal platforms, spreadsheets, and workflow systems.
• Check incoming information for missing details, formatting issues, duplicate entries, and simple consistency errors.
• Sort digital documents and maintain files according to internal process expectations.
• Share progress updates, flag missing items, and report exceptions clearly to team leads.
• Handle customer, applicant, company, and operational data with strict confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent focus on detail, along with solid communication, organization, and dependability.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting while taking ownership of assigned tasks.
• Comfort working within a structured business environment.
• Ability to manage documentation, records, systems, or operational work accurately.
• Strong troubleshooting ability and a willingness to follow established procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to remote teams or documentation-intensive workflows.
• Familiarity with standard workplace tools such as spreadsheets, email, calendars, CRM, ATS, ticketing, or reporting software, depending on the assignment.
• Ability to maintain accuracy across repetitive tasks and internal systems.
