Operations Coordinator

Role Overview

This contract Operations Coordinator position in Beaverton, Oregon is part of a team focused on strengthening the brand’s social and environmental impact for both internal and external audiences. The assignment runs for 6 months and follows a hybrid arrangement, with onsite work scheduled Monday through Thursday.

What You’ll Do

• Work with key business partners to shape early-stage ideas and turn them into workable plans.
• Bring practical, innovative input into business planning and help ensure the work adds real value.
• Oversee donation movement, including tracking, order handling, data upkeep, and reporting.
• Use available products efficiently and apply best practices to support the program.
• Partner with brand design teams to determine kitting approach, forecast needs, arrange bookings, ship through SAP, and maintain recipient communications.
• Monitor donations in the GIFTS database and prepare reports for the Tax team, GCA, and related groups.
• Build, nurture, and manage partnerships that expand the reach and impact of social and environmental programs.
• Share plans across corporate, regional, and functional stakeholders to secure support and align on intended outcomes.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is typically needed.
• At least 1 year of directly relevant professional experience is required.

Work Arrangement

This role is set up as hybrid, with onsite attendance expected Monday through Thursday in Beaverton, OR.
