Network Administrator

Role overview

We are seeking a Network Administrator to help run and improve enterprise network operations across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. This role is centered on keeping connectivity stable, secure, and efficient across a large-scale infrastructure landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and support enterprise LAN, WAN, and data centre network environments.
• Handle Azure networking, ExpressRoute links, and integrations that connect cloud and on-premises systems.
• Maintain Cisco and Check Point firewall platforms, network segmentation, and broader security measures.
• Administer Citrix NetScaler/ADC services for load balancing and application delivery.
• Support Aruba/HPE wireless networks across enterprise campus locations.
• Contribute to infrastructure refresh initiatives involving switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless equipment.
• Track network health, investigate complex incidents, and improve overall availability and performance.
• Work closely with Managed Service Providers, external vendors, and internal teams to resolve operational needs.
• Keep network records accurate, maintain governance expectations, and update runbooks and operational documentation.
• Support networking needs tied to high-performance computing and AI workloads.

Experience and technical background

The role requires 5+ years of enterprise network administration experience, including exposure to large, multi-site, or hybrid environments. Experience working in an MSP-integrated service delivery setup is also required.

Technical knowledge expected

Strong working knowledge is needed in core networking, cloud connectivity, security, application delivery, wireless infrastructure, and operational troubleshooting tools. The environment includes technologies such as TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPN-free enterprise connectivity patterns, and monitoring/analysis platforms.

Certifications preferred

Applicants with the following credentials will be considered more favorably: CCNP or above, Azure Network Engineer Associate, Aruba/HPE wireless certifications, and Check Point and/or Cisco security certifications.
