Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using .NET, Azure, and C#.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-based solutions on Azure.
• Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions.
• Conduct code reviews and implement improvements to enhance performance and quality.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in the Microsoft technology ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Ensure smooth project delivery by proactively managing risks and dependencies.

Skill Requirements

• Strong experience in .NET Framework / .NET Core and C#.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.).
• Good understanding of Cloud Computing & Azure Architecture.
• Proven experience in team handling and mentoring developers in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns, coding standards, and best practices.
• Experience in full-stack development is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server / NoSQL databases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with technical & non-technical stakeholders.
