About the Role

Revolut’s design team combines creativity with precision to maintain and elevate the look and feel customers expect. The Brand studio is hiring a Motion Designer to create engaging motion work that helps express the brand across channels.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys shaping polished visual experiences and contributing to a fast-moving global product environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce original, future-focused motion graphics and visual assets.
• Create end cards and similar design elements for use in video content.
• Edit new footage and refine existing video materials as needed.
• Develop and maintain a shared library of video assets along with usage guidelines.
• Coordinate with the Localisation team to manage correct regional versions, including handling voice-over talent and delivering final assets to Marketing Managers.

Required Experience and Skills

• At least 2 years of experience working as a Motion Designer.
• Comfort working on multiple creative versions across different markets at the same time.
• Strong hands-on experience with standard video editing tools and workflows.
• Basic capability in audio editing.
• Understanding of common video and sound file formats.
• Working knowledge of Figma and spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience using Adobe creative software, including After Effects and Premiere.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Celtra, Ad.lib, or similar creative management platforms.
• Ability to perform colour grading.
