The company is looking to hire for a UI Developer role with a leading product-based client.

Role Overview

The position is for a Microsoft C# Technical Lead who will guide a development team and work with stakeholders to deliver dependable software solutions using .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of developers through the design, coding, testing, and debugging stages of application development.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document project needs.
• Track delivery schedules and help ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
• Investigate technical issues and resolve complex development challenges.
• Keep current with evolving practices and tools in .NET, ASP.NET, and SQL Server development.
• Review code, coach junior developers, and improve overall team output.
• Apply strong software engineering practices and maintain high code quality standards.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience with .NET Framework, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.
• Ability to build web applications using ASP.NET MVC, C#, and SQL.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile delivery methods.
• Working knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership capability to manage and mentor a development team effectively.
• Clear communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders and team members.

Candidates with a B.Tech or B.E. in any specialization may apply.

Additional Information

Location: Bengaluru, India

This role is intended for a full-time hire.

The posted compensation range is INR 9,00,000 to INR 18,00,000 per year.
