The organisation delivers one-to-one executive coaching and senior leadership programmes for Directors, VPs, CXOs, founders, and senior managers, with an emphasis on executive presence, communication, and clearer decision-making. The opportunity

As a Leadership Development Associate, you will do more than deliver sessions. You will help design and deliver learning experiences that encourage professionals to think more clearly, communicate more effectively, and lead with greater confidence. The role offers early ownership, rapid learning, and ongoing feedback. It is well suited to someone who enjoys working closely with people, noticing group dynamics, and adjusting quickly in the moment.

Key responsibilities

• Run engaging learning sessions for working professionals and emerging leaders.
• Support participants in building communication ability, confidence, executive presence, and workplace effectiveness.
• Guide group discussions, practice-based exercises, and reflective activities.
• Maintain a learning environment that feels safe, energetic, and appropriately challenging.
• Track learner reactions and adapt your approach as the session unfolds.
• Collaborate with curriculum, operations, and leadership teams.
• Use feedback to refine sessions and improve overall quality.
• Strengthen your own facilitation, communication, and leadership capabilities quickly.

Compensation and details
