What the role involves

• Cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment by hand or with industrial dishwashers.
• Keeping kitchen surfaces, counters, and food-preparation areas clean and sanitised, while clearing waste and emptying bins appropriately.
• Helping chefs and cooks with simple prep tasks such as peeling, chopping, and slicing ingredients.
• Supporting the handling, storage, and organisation of ingredients and kitchen supplies.
• Maintaining health and safety standards, keeping the kitchen tidy, and ensuring equipment remains in working order.
