Overview
A global media and entertainment company is hiring a Junior Designer to join its Kids Creative EMEA team. This role suits an early-career creative who wants to build experience across well-known children's entertainment brands while producing visual material for broadcast, digital channels, social platforms, and marketing activity.
You'll be part of a collaborative creative environment where you can strengthen both technical and conceptual design skills by contributing to a wide variety of projects.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and adapt artwork for broadcast, digital, social media, and marketing use.
- Build key visuals, banners, promotional graphics, and related creative assets.
- Assist with campaign rollout and broader creative work across several brands.
- Work closely with designers, creative staff, producers, and other stakeholders.
- Share ideas in brainstorming sessions and wider creative conversations.
- Make sure all output follows brand rules and established creative standards.
Required Experience and Skills
- Hands-on background in graphic design.
- A strong portfolio showing typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Very good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong focus on detail and the ability to juggle several priorities at once.
- A positive, proactive, and team-oriented working style.
Desirable Experience
- Experience creating motion graphics.
- Familiarity with After Effects, PowerPoint, or InDesign.
- Previous work in media, entertainment, or a creative agency.
- Additional European language ability.
Contract Details
This is an initial 6-month contract, with a strong chance of being extended. The position falls inside IR35 and is based in London with a hybrid working setup.
